Happy Easter!  INDEED!!!

DUMPSTER ISSUES

 

Dumpsters are for residential trash only.

No furniture, no appliances, tires, no junk.

DO NOT put items you think someone might want in front of, or around dumpsters.  

Take it to Goodwill, Women’s Shelter, Salvation Army.

 

DO NOT PUT ANYTHING OUTSIDE or ON TOP OF DUMPSTERS: NOTHING!!!

 

Recycle Dumpster:

The smaller dumpster to the LEFT of the two residential dumpsters.

Glass, paper, boxes, cans and smaller metal containers.

BREAK-DOWN boxes to leave room for everyone.

 

SPRINGTIME/ Spring Cleaning

Mow your yards.  Watch out for Snakes, Spiders, and other creepy crawlers.

We will mow you yard.  Starting cost $75, including mower rental.

 

 

It time to review Renter Insurance to cover any unexpected damages.  Some may need to call their Renter Insurance carrier after this last freeze. This insurance is cheap&easily gotten from internet or Automobile Insurance

 

Pet Policy updates were delivered to you last month with instructions to sign and return to the office.  Some have not done this

If you have not done so, do it now and turn it in with your rent payment.

It is a Lease violation not to have it in your file and you are subject to,

-in the ultimate case- eviction.

PETS!  Time to up-date all vaccination records at the office.

 Remember, it’s part of your Lease!

 

                        Check your smoke alarm batteries monthly.  This could save your life!
