You have heard the 3 “Non-negotiable” speech from Eric and by signing below you are
verifying that you fully understand what is required. Further, you understand that these
items, by way of this notice, are either [1] added to your lease, or [2] supplemental to any
provisos within said Lease Agreement.
You also verify that you have read AND understand all you contract agreements.
In other words, you agree to abide by these items and that non-compliance will result in the
immediate cessassiation and termination of your Lease Agreement and any right to live
within the Mockingbird Mobile Home Park community.
Three Non-negotiable’s: [they include you, your family, and any friends or visitors]
[1] No drug or alcohol problems
[2] No family violence
[3] Pay you rent on time: It’s due the 1st and late after the 3rd of EACH month.
