approved tenants residing in my home. Furthermore, I will make sure that visitors to my home will be informed

of these terms and that non-compliance can and will result in their vehicle, or any non-compliant vehicle, will be

subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Continued violations of the terms of my Lease can be terms of termination of said Lease and Eviction from

Mockingbird Mobile Home Park.
