MAIL SERVICE:

Hard to say…We have nothing to do with mail service or boxes.  Their requirements change

so the best advice is for you to go to Post Office on Stagecoach and initiate address change.     
You will need to set appointment for someone from the Post Office to come and open your

box so you can change lock.

Mailbox locksets can be purchased at LOWES for under $15.00.

WATER & SEWER:

Billed with your monthly rent statements.  Remember, in order to

earn the “On-time Payment Bonus”, you must have all items in your billing paid

“On or before the 1^st”….this includes water and sewer charges.

TRASH Services:

$8.95 month.  Make your dollars count!!

The two bigger dumpsters are for household trash only.  Please put RECYCLABLES into smaller bin.

Break-down cardboard boxes.   It is “Single Stream” so you can put glass, cans/metals, paper, and cardboard in together. 

You don’t have to separate the items.

Parking:

 You are allotted 2 parking spaces.  If you have guests they must park in appropriate ‘overflow’ areas:  

Park perpendicular to the road.

DO NOT PARK ON ROAD or in yards.  You and your guest WILL BE TOWED
